Post-doctoral researcher position in Metin Research Group
A one-year post-doctoral position starting in June 15 is available for motivated young researchers in Metin Research Group (https://metinresearchgroup.ku.edu.tr/) at Department of Chemistry, Koç University. The candidates are expected to have a strong background in the following areas.
- – The design, synthesis, and characterization of semiconductor two-dimensional materials
- – Photophysical properties of semiconductor materials
- – Photocatalysis
- – Transition metal nanoparticles
- – Surface chemistry
The net salary of 4500 Turkish Liras (set by the funding agent, Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TUBITAK)) and will be supplemented by side benefits including health insurance, partial rent support, monthly food tickets and a laptop for use during the employed period, all provided by Koç University. Interested candidates must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
