Theory and Applications of Superlattices for Photonics and Medical Physics

In this talk, we summarize our recent theoretical and experimental studies of different types of superlattices. We start with a summary of the predictive theory used to simulate giant control of THz nonlinearities and demonstrate its validity per direct comparison with experiments [1-4].
