Assist. Prof. Elif Nur Fırat Karalar of Molecular Biology and Genetics Department has received the prestigious EMBO Installation Grant the aim of which is to encourage talented young researchers to establish independent laboratories in EU Member States at the early stages of their career. The grant provides an annual support of 50,000 euros for 3 years with possible extension to 5 years.
